Through guided meditation, sensory exploration, and partner practices, you'll tune into the four intuitive senses (the Clairs) and begin building your Soul Script — a living record of how your soul communicates with you. We’ll close with a beautiful energy exchange experience, helping you sense and read the energy of another in real time — opening a whole new way of connecting with your own intuitive rhythm. You’ll experience: • Guided meditation + sound journey • Clair awakening stations (seeing, hearing, feeling, knowing) • Energy Exchange Practice • Creative journaling to build your Soul Script • Partner + group connection • Nourishing lunch and refreshments → Leave with deep trust in your intuitive senses and a record of how your soul speaks.
